NASPO ValuePoint® announces the award of Master Agreements for Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products. The Lead State™ of Colorado awarded the competitively solicited contracts to nine suppliers for sourcing new ballistic-resistant vests, spike- and edged-blade-resistant vests, ballistic-resistant helmets, ballistic-resistant shields, and associated products that meet the requirements as established by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).

As a reminder, the legacy Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products portfolio is expiring on November 10, 2025. The legacy portfolio is being replaced by the new Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products (2025-2030) portfolio, with Master Agreements effective May 1, 2025, or date of execution.
This new award supports NASPO ValuePoint’s continued commitment to providing best-quality solutions. This contract is available for use by state governments, the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities, subject to approval by the State Chief Procurement Official and in compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
