Yes, there are multiple user roles available. For example someone may have a user role as a shopper and someone else may have a user role as a buyer. The shopper may add products to a cart, but isn’t allowed to complete the purchase. The shopper can assign that cart to a buyer and the buyer may approve the cart and complete the purchase.
