All NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contracts are represented within the eMarket Center. An individual user will only see awarded NASPO ValuePoint contractor’s catalogs that their State or entity has signed a Participating Addendum with. States can added some or all of their state created contractor catalogs to the eMC for FREE.
