Spend Radar is NASPO ValuePoint’s reporting analytics partner. Spend Radar accepts all contractor generated detailed quarterly reports to provide NASPO ValuePoint, States and entities with comprehensive detailed spend data. A state does NOT need to utilize the eMC to have access to Spend Radar. The state may have access to just their state spend spend from the NASPO ValuePoint contracts or they may sign an Enrollement Agreement and have access to all spend from the NASPO ValuePoint contracts.
