The Commonwealth of Kentucky led the competitive solicitation and awarded the contracts to three suppliers for tools and equipment for natural disaster response, handling seasonal workloads, or completing infrastructure upgrades.

As a reminder, the legacy Equipment Rental Services portfolio is expiring on March 16, 2026. The legacy portfolio is being replaced by the new Equipment Rental Services (2026-2031 ) portfolio, with Master Agreements effective on date of execution.

This new award supports NASPO ValuePoint’s continued commitment to providing best-quality
solutions. This contract is available for use by state governments, the District of Columbia,
territories of the United States, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities, subject to approval by the State Chief Procurement Official and in compliance
with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
