The Master Agreements allow state and local governments across the country access to procurement subject matter experts to supplement current lack of knowledge and expertise in multiple areas of the procurement lifecycle and not intended to be utilized to provide staff augmentation services. These services address the need for procurement assistance in State/Local Government as seasoned procurement personnel are retiring and not being replaced quickly enough to fill the gap.
