The Lead State™ of North Carolina awarded the competitively solicited contracts to forty suppliers for procurement assistance and IT planning, research, and strategy services for public entities nationwide.

As a reminder, the legacy portfolio, previously known as Procurement Acquisition Support Services, is expiring on January 18, 2026, and is being replaced by the new Procurement Assistance and Support Services (PASS) (2026-2029) portfolio, with Master Agreements effective January 19, 2026, or date of execution.
This new award supports NASPO ValuePoint’s continued commitment to providing best-quality solutions. This contract is available for use by state governments, the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities, subject to approval by the State Chief Procurement Official and in compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
