Introduction to SAG Team 2026

NASPO is pleased to announce the appointment of the 2026–2027 Supplier Advisory Group (SAG), a diverse group of suppliers who will provide feedback, advice, and counsel to NASPO leadership on public procurement and cooperative purchasing. “We’re excited to collaborate with this outstanding group of suppliers for the 2026–2027 term,” says Elizabeth Flores, Director of Supplier Growth and Engagement Strategy at NASPO. “As NASPO advances new priorities and innovative initiatives, the perspectives and expertise of the Supplier Advisory Group will play a vital role in helping us strengthen partnerships and deliver value to our members.”

Upcoming Supplier Development Workshops

NASPO ValuePoint Supplier Development Workshops are designed to give awarded supplier actionable strategies and clear steps to strengthening government partnerships. One workshop covers close to 50 different topics, and attendees can expect to:

Tanya Campbell

Tanya Campbell is a Supplier Engagement Manager for the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). Prior to joining NASPO, she worked as a Senior Communication Coordinator for HGACBuy Cooperative Purchasing, supporting supplier engagement and cooperative contracting. Tanya lives in Houston, Texas.

Elizabeth Flores

Elizabeth Flores is the Director of Supplier Growth & Engagement Strategy at NASPO ValuePoint, where she leads supplier engagement initiatives that drive cooperative contract performance and portfolio sustainability. With more than 20 years of experience in cooperative purchasing, she previously managed major national programs supporting state government entities, healthcare, and federal transportation. Elizabeth is known for building strategic supplier partnerships, strengthening contract compliance, and aligning stakeholders to accelerate growth. She brings a data-driven, relationship-focused approach to advancing NASPO ValuePoint’s mission and enhancing the supplier experience.

Angela Negley

Angela Negley

Angie Negley is a Supplier Engagement Manager for the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). Prior to joining NASPO, she worked in university purchasing and served as Marshall University’s Chief Procurement Officer. She was also the CPO for the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources where she purchased goods and services for law enforcement, wildlife resources and state parks. She earned a Master’s Degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Marshall University. Angie lives in Charleston, West Virgina, with her husband and spoiled dog.

Chris Price

Chris Price

Chris Price brings experience in supplier engagement and category management across both public and private sectors. His background includes managing large-scale vendor portfolios. Leading supplier onboarding initiatives and developing strategies that strengthen supplier relationships and improve procurement outcomes. Before joining NASPO, he worked with Guidehouse supporting the IRS OCPO and Galls supporting initiatives from category strategy to supplier engagement for government and commercial markets.
